The 28 KT November Street Plan is an urban renewal plan implemented under a demolition and reconstruction (pinui–binui) framework in the Old Katamon neighborhood, at the corner of November 29 Street and Bustenai Street.
The plan includes the demolition of an existing residential building containing 40 housing units and proposes the construction of a new building of 10 stories, with an additional setback upper floor.
The plan includes an underground parking facility within the plot, thereby alleviating the existing parking pressure on the surrounding streets.
In addition, the plan proposes the reconstruction of the existing building façade facing November 29 Street and its integration into the proposed development, while adapting it to current standards and regulations.
