The residential project at 11 S.Y. Agnon Boulevard, Jerusalem, completed in 2011, is a contemporary residential development located at the intersection of the Givat Oranim, Rasco, and Givat Mordechai neighborhoods. Designed by Carlos Prus Architects, the project comprises a 13-story residential tower responding to its urban context while meeting Israel’s Green Building Standard 5281. The architectural approach emphasizes clarity of form, environmental performance, and residential quality. The building includes a double-height entrance lobby, integrated smart home systems, underfloor heating, and Sukkah balconies incorporated as an integral part of the façade and spatial organization. The project is strategically positioned with direct access to major transportation routes and the future Green Line of the Jerusalem Light Rail. The massing and orientation allow for open views toward Gazelle Valley and the Jerusalem hills, establishing a visual and spatial dialogue between the building, the city, and the surrounding landscape.
