An urban renewal project implemented under a demolition and reconstruction (pinui–binui) framework on Tahon Street, in the Kiryat Yovel neighborhood.
The plan area is approximately 3 dunams.
The plan makes optimal use of the urban land resource by demolishing two existing buildings and constructing two new 20-story buildings in their place.
The project integrates residential uses, street-level commercial frontage along Tahon Street, and kindergartens facing Rabinovitch Street, combined with a privately owned open space with public access (public easement).
